ETC’s mission is to provide communities with needed education and training opportunities accomplished through the integration of existing services with new ideas, techniques, technology and partners.
OUR VISION
ETC is a community-based educational resource that provides opportunities to complete your GED, take English as a Second Language courses, and get the skills you need to excel in the Great Lakes Bay Region.

ETC partners with Midland County Schools to provide child care program services for Young 5’s through 5th-grade students.
