Adult Education/High School Equivalent/High School Completion, Certificates

ETC’s Adult Education Program services individuals who have varied life and work experiences. Program offerings may include: High School Completion, GED/High School Equivalent Preparation and Testing, Adult Basic Education and English as a Second Language (ESL). Classes are FREE to those who have not yet received their High School Diploma. ETC also offers Math and Reading Skill improvement classes for both non-High School graduates and High School graduates. ETC provides a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, individual learning plans, and day and early evening classes. To be eligible, a participant must meet either of the following:

  • 20 years of age
  • 18 years of age and their class has graduated. Graduates with low basic skills may also apply. Call (989) 631-5202, Ext. 204 for more information, or to register today!

Adult Education provides an opportunity for adults to improve or achieve education levels equivalent to those of high-school graduates each year. Instruction is tailored to meet the individual needs of adult students. Standardized tests identify existing skill levels, appropriate instruction, and academic gains due to instruction.
