This course will teach students how to create and publish their own websites using a variety of low and no-cost tools already available on the Internet. Some of the tools that will be explored in this course include web-logs, photo sharing, social bookmarking, Firefox extensions, and blog editing tools. Special focus will be given to streamlining updates and combining resources to create dynamic, fully integrated websites.  This course is designed to teach students how to take advantage of free and low cost resources to create customizable, easy-to-update websites.
