Lyn Knapp Lyn brings over 26 years of educational and training expertise to our clientele. She is the CEO of a non-profit organization that has an annual budget of over $3 million and 150 employees. She is CAO and President of additional educational and civic organizations. Lyn holds a Masters in Industrial Management with a Specialist in Educational Administration certification from Central Michigan University and a BBA from Northwood University . Lyn has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and business development from inception to completion. Lyn has been recognized extensively for her contributions to community and was awarded the Innovator Award for structuring and delivering ACT WorkKeys® based training programs for over 900 Dow Chemical employees. |
Scott Marble Scott has been extensively involved in the field of education as a professor of management and marketing; an academic dean, a consultant, a seminar presenter/trainer, as well as managing community education and workforce development functions at private and public institutions. Additionally, he has developed both course and program curriculum. Scott also works extensively as a site administrator and profiler for ACT WorkKeys ®. Prior to his academic career, Scott held positions in sales, sales management, marketing, project management, strategic planning and business development. Additionally, he owns and operates several business enterprises. Scott holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a BA from Central Michigan University. |
Kris Bunner Kris has over 10 years experience in sales, management, and training. Kris has extensive experience building client databases and subsequently training clients on databases. She also trains clients on customer service applications. Kris has attended Delta College and Northwood University. |
Chuck Moerdyk Chuck has vast experience as an accountant, small business owner, professor, trainer, consultant, and in human resources with an emphasis on union negotiations. Chuck holds an MA from Northern Michigan University , a BBA from Western Michigan University , and he is a Certified Public Accountant. |
JoLene Klumpp JoLene has extensive years of experience as a professor in higher education, county management, employment trainer, consulting director, rehabilitation counselor, administration, and employment and career counseling. JoLene holds dual Doctorate degrees from Central Michigan University and Capella University. She also holds an MA and a BS from Central Michigan University . JoLene is a licensed professional counselor with over 23 years of experience in human services, teaching, and counseling. |
Doug VanderLaan Doug has over 15 years experience in counseling, training, and as a personal and executive coach. He conducts seminars in Stress Management, Life Balance, Coaching, Strengths Development, Effective Hiring, Staff Development, and Conflict Resolution. Doug is licensed professional Counselor and a Personal and Executive Coach. Nicole Ryan Nicole has eight years experience in multimedia design and development. She trains clientele in a variety of software programs including Adobe Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Flash; Adobe Photoshop; Microsoft FrontPage; and the Microsoft Office Suite. She also provides client consulting in the area of multimedia design and serves as an adjunct professor at Davenport University and Saginaw Valley State University in the areas of computer science, networking, and business information technology.
