Lyn Knapp
Lyn brings over 26 years of educational and training expertise to our clientele. She is the CEO of a non-profit organization that has an annual budget of over $3 million and 150 employees. She is CAO and President of additional educational and civic organizations. Lyn holds a Masters in Industrial Management with a Specialist in Educational Administration certification from Central Michigan University and a BBA from Northwood University . Lyn has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and business development from inception to completion.
Lyn has been recognized extensively for her contributions to community and was awarded the Innovator Award for structuring and delivering ACT WorkKeys® based training programs for over 900 Dow Chemical employees. |

Scott Marble
Scott has been extensively involved in the field of education as a professor of management and marketing; an academic dean, a consultant, a seminar presenter/trainer, as well as managing community education and workforce development functions at private and public institutions. Additionally, he has developed both course and program curriculum. Scott also works extensively as a site administrator and profiler for ACT WorkKeys ®. Prior to his academic career, Scott held positions in sales, sales management, marketing, project management, strategic planning and business development. Additionally, he owns and operates several business enterprises.

Don Miller
Don's background in the military as a United States Marine has allowed him to travel internationally and work and train with diverse populations. He brings 10 years of experience as a professor in higher education. He specializes in diversity awareness training, cross-cultural meeting applications, professional writing, systems analysis and design, and public and organizational communication.
He holds an MS and a BAA from Central Michigan University .

Dawn Cline
Dawn has over 13 years experience in business in the areas of training, career services, resume writing and critiquing, publication design, professional etiquette, business writing, customer service applications, marketing, management, recruiting and hiring practices, and human resources. Dawn has over 12 years experience in events planning/coordinator. She is also the CEO of her own small business.
Dawn holds a Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is completing an MBA in Human Resources Management. She will enter the doctoral degree in the spring of 2008 to pursue her doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She holds a BAS from Davenport University.
She holds memberships in the following organizations: American Association of University Women (AAUW), Rotary Club, and the Midland , Mt. Pleasant , Gratiot, Gladwin, Bay City, and Saginaw Chambers of Commerce. Dawn is also a graduate candidate of the Gratiot County Class of 2007 Leadership program. |
