Kris Bunner

Kris has over 10 years experience in sales, management, and training. Kris has extensive experience building client databases and subsequently training clients on databases. She also trains clients on customer service applications.

Kris has attended Delta College and Northwood University.

Don Miller        

Don's background in the military as a United States Marine has allowed him to travel internationally and work and train with diverse populations. He brings 10 years of experience as a professor in higher education.   He specializes in diversity awareness training, cross-cultural meeting applications, professional writing, systems analysis and design, and public and organizational communication.

He holds an MS and a BAA from Central Michigan University .

Don holds certifications in Project Management, Technical Writing, Systems Analysis and Design, Enterprise Software Management, Business Process Re-Engineering, Rescue Diving, and as a Fugitive Recovery Agent.

Dawn Cline

Dawn has over 13 years experience in business in the areas of training, career services, resume writing and critiquing, publication design, professional etiquette, business writing, customer service applications, marketing, management, recruiting and hiring practices, and human resources. Dawn has over 12 years experience in events planning/coordinator. She is also the CEO of her own small business.

Dawn holds a Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is completing an MBA in Human Resources Management. She will enter the doctoral degree in the spring of 2008 to pursue her doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  She holds a BAS from Davenport University. 

She holds memberships in the following organizations: American Association of University Women (AAUW), Rotary Club, and the Midland , Mt. Pleasant , Gratiot, Gladwin, Bay City, and Saginaw Chambers of Commerce. Dawn is also a graduate candidate of the Gratiot County Class of 2007 Leadership program.

Chuck Moerdyk

Chuck has vast experience as an accountant, small business owner, professor, trainer, consultant, and in human resources with an emphasis on union negotiations.

Chuck holds an MA from Northern Michigan University , a BBA from Western Michigan University , and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

JoLene Klumpp

JoLene has extensive years of experience as a professor in higher education, county management, employment trainer, consulting director, rehabilitation counselor, administration, and employment and career counseling.

JoLene holds dual Doctorate degrees from Central Michigan University and Capella University. She also holds an MA and a BS from Central Michigan University .

JoLene is a licensed professional counselor with over 23 years of experience in human services, teaching, and counseling.

Doug VanderLaan

Doug has over 15 years experience in counseling, training, and as a personal and executive coach. He conducts seminars in Stress Management, Life Balance, Coaching, Strengths Development, Effective Hiring, Staff Development, and Conflict Resolution.

Doug is licensed professional Counselor and a Personal and Executive Coach.

Doug has 72 hours post graduate studies in Executive Coaching, dual MA degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a BA from University of New Mexico.

Nicole Ryan

Nicole has six years experience in multimedia design and development, and has a background in Information Technology. She trains clientele in a variety of software programs including Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Flash; Adobe Photoshop; Microsoft FrontPage; and the Microsoft Office Suite. She also provides client consulting in the area of multimedia design and serves as an adjunct professor at Davenport University and Saginaw Valley State University in the areas of computer science, networking, and business information technology.

Nicole holds an MA in Communication and Multimedia from Saginaw Valley State University and a BAA with a double major in Interpersonal and Public Communication and German from Central Michigan University.

Mary Jane (M.J.) Kooiman

M.J. has over 33 years of experience as an educator. Her areas of expertise are communications, customer service, professional etiquette, consulting, and business, professional, and technical writing.  

M.J. has an MA and a BA from Central Michigan University.  

Donna Husted Kriss

Donna has over 10 years as a trainer. Her background is in law enforcement and as an adjunct professor. She has experience in employment and substance abuse background checks. She is an American Sign Language (ASL) instructor.

Donna holds dual BS degrees from Central Michigan University. She is a certified Sign Language Interpreter.

Beverly Wagle

Beverly brings many years of training and education to our clientele. She trains in computer technology, management systems, and webpage design.

Beverly holds an MED from Saginaw Valley State University , MBA from Saginaw Valley State University , BBA from Saginaw Valley State University , and she is a Certified Training Manager.

Dwayne Clemons

Dwayne brings over 11 years of training experience to our clientele. His areas of specialty are Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, FrontPage, Adobe Pagemaker, Quickbooks Deluxe, Quickbooks Non-Profit, Print shop Pro Deluxe, management, marketing, bookkeeping, interpersonal communications, budgeting, public speaking, legal and medical terminology.

Dwayne holds a BBA from Davenport University and certificate in financial planning.

Mary Jeffery

Mary brings over 12 years of educational and curriculum development experience to our clientele. Business, technical, and professional writing. Mary has extensive experience in all phases of association management; including, membership drives, advertising, sales, training, and event planning.

Mary is currently completing an MA from Saginaw Valley State University, BA from Illinois Wesleyan University, and a Michigan Certification Type Secondary Provisional.
