Youth Works

Learn and Earn!

 Program Incentive Guidelines

Participation in the Youth Works program gives you opportunity to earn gift cards and cash incentives. You earn incentives by participating in program activities such as the monthly meetings, workshops, volunteering, field trips, and by achieving academic and employment benchmarks.

Anyone who is actively participating in the program is eligible for this incentive opportunity. ” Active” participation is defined as someone who is participating in the program activities, has a positive attitude, is respectful and considerate to others and shows initiative in working toward their short and long term goals.

Program Reward System

Below are examples on how an incentive can be earned and the value of that incentive. The incentives are given in the form of gift cards unless you request the incentive in the form of a check. There are several other ways to earn incentives. Please contact us for additional information.
