Our Programs

ETC’s Adult Education Program services individuals who have varied life and work experiences. Program offerings may include: High School Completion, GED/High School Equivalent Preparation and Testing, Adult Basic Education, and English as a Second Language (ESL). Classes are FREE!

Our English as a Second Language (ESL) Program helps students: Interact with the community, transition to higher education, and excel in the workplace.

ETC partners with Bullock Creek Public Schools to provide child care program services for Young 5’s through 5th-grade students. These programs are licensed by the Michigan Department of Human Services. All staff must meet rigorous pre-employment requirements, maintain certifications, and attend professional development classes.

ETC offers a wide range of Post-Secondary training opportunities. Training may be delivered in a variety of ways; via published schedules listing offerings at both the Midland and Saginaw locations, at an employer's worksite, or customized training and schedules developed as requested for a specific use.
